1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your items. Making note of any imperfections. Items must be in good condition. Missing pieces or heavily scratched items will not be accepted.
2. We preview and will respond by email within a 24-hour period with either approval or that we cannot accept your items. We do not quote pricing over the phone.
3. Arrangements can be made with professional movers for either delivery or pick up. Charges vary by moving company.
4. We accept used furniture based on a variety of criteria including, cleanliness, style, condition, nonsmoking, odor free, pet free,no stains or tears. We cannot accept items that need extensive repair or paint, or just do not meet our standards for resale. We do reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time within the 90-day period. This would require the Consignor to pick up that item or items within a seven (7) day period of that request.
